or offices!) within the organisation. We like to promote from within and fully leverage the talent in our workforce, so career changes are supported by a meticulous training programme, and we employ a full time resource just to run it.
Whilst a commercial property background is always an advantage, we are open to teach you all we know about this fascinating industry. Our intensive four week induction will give every new joiner the opportunity to learn both about the trade and our business, and develop skills that will allow them to effectively research, discuss and report on current market conditions. Our business is about creating strong relationships with our data contributors and clients, and communication skills are something we will also help you develop.
