Career Path

The career path has been designed to educate and reward our employees who are keen to extend their commercial real estate knowledge. The training programme involves Commercial Real Estate tests , presentations and demonstrations of using our products. After moving up a level in the career path, the individuals are rewarded in their annual salary.

To fast track individuals who have demonstrated exceptional ability in their current role and aspire to progress to management positions, we also offer a 'Leaders of Tomorrow' training scheme. The programme- including advanced commercial real estate, leadership, management and practical experience - is designed to provide trainees with the necessary skills to advance in their careers.
