Tenant Manager

What is your job about?
My job at CoStar involves ensuring that my team tracks tenant moves happening across the UK, as our clients rely on knowing this information to do deals. There's a lot of business activity off the back of a tenant's office move and many players are involved, from fit out jobs to agents, who rely on CoStar to find out about these leads early enough.

What does your typical day look like?
A typical week involves checking where the team stands in terms of tenants tracking and organising them around obtaining tenant move leads of the criteria needed. To do this, I will manage the callers' schedule of hours and liaise with the team's three Senior members as well as our London office. For every lead generated I will listen to the call and ensure they are of the right quality and accuracy.

What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
I would say that the most challenging aspect of my role is that I am constantly thinking of new sources to obtain information and of course, new incentives!

And the best part?
By far the most enjoyable part of my job is being involved within a team who have a strong desire to succeed. Each week the team will work together in order to achieve our goal.
