What is your background:
I've been developing software for the past few years at a variety of companies in varying industries. After completing my degree I started off developing websites for an Internet service provider, and later moved on to coding enterprise applications for a company in the gaming industry. I've been with CoStar for the past four years, and have worked on a number of in house and public facing systems.
Why did you decide to join CoStar:
I joined CoStar mainly to gain some international experience. Being a leading company in the commercial retail estate industry, as well as the professionalism and friendliness conveyed during my interviews, I knew CoStar would be a reputable company to join and would help me progress further in my career.
What is the highlight of your experience to date:
The project I'm currently working on is really exciting for any developer. It's using the latest technologies, and from a business perspective quite challenging in regards to the features and business rules we have to implement. We're also using an "agile" approach which helps us change and meet business needs quicker and more accurately.
