Where is each department located?
Our Head Office is based in central London. This is where our South Sales team is based along with our Directors and supporting departments such as IT, Product Development, Finance and Marketing.
We have a regional sales office in Manchester, where our North Sales team is based.
Our Research HQ is based in the Glasgow city centre.

How formal is the CoStar interview process?
The recruitment process is a formal one, with first stage including a telephone interview with our recruiter. We use assessment centres along with competency based interviewing techniques as well as more standard interviewing techniques and questions.
Who will interview me?
At your first face to face interview, you could expect to meet the hiring manager. During the hiring process, you may also meet team peers and directors.
How long will the selection process take?
There are no set stages to the selection process, and for more senior roles you could find yourself meeting us on several occasions before we reach a final decision. At all times, we aim to operate efficiently and effectively, and to minimise your time investment to the selection process.
Our process is rigorous and transparent, so you should always know which stage you have reached, and you will have one point of contact throughout selection. We aim to make the recruitment process as short as possible as we understand the pressures of looking for work while still employed.

When will I receive my offer letter?
If you are successful, you will be required to complete some online forms. Once these are complete, you will receive a conditional offer in writing. This offer will depend on satisfactory references and passing the necessary background checks.
