CoStar employs the industry's largest professional research team to track commercial property activity, so our customers can gain a competitive edge, win the best deals, and maximize their profits.

Our research team collects and verifies information by constantly talking to the market - tenants, owners and agents - about any available space and subsequent transactions. In addition, our Field Researchers drive thousands of miles every day, measuring and photographing buildings and identifying any new "to let" and "for sale" signs that appear at street level, making sure we don't miss a single transaction.
